    Illinois Hospital Association Releases Report on Harmful Events

    A report released by the Illinois Hospital Association (IHA) Thursday (Oct. 17, 2013) showed that fewer preventable harmful events occurred in hospitals throughout the state in 2012 compared to the previous year.
